I like this wallet. I really do. Everyone that has picked it up looks at it and says "That's awesome. Where did you get it?" To later learn they scour the internet trying to find a Blackbird metal wallet. It's unique, it's different and I love that about it. It's not another wallet. It's an extension of my personality, and my passion for aircraft and also scale modelling. The design is solid. It's slim, lightweight, and it doesn't feel bulky thanks to the fact I have no where to stick receipts and other clutter in it. But I was a bit disappointed when I opened the box and picked it up to play with the latch mechanism. That's what really sold me to buy one in the first place. I had been in the market for metal wallets, but most of them the cards would slide out and if I ever were caught in a downpour and had to sprint to my car, or my job from the parking lot, I wouldn't want to find in my pockets my cards, especially bank cards, coming loose from the wallet. I was hoping more for a 'mechanism' of sorts. Something that would hold your cards in place where you wouldnt worry about your cards sliding out. I noticed inside what seems to be two felt pads, I suppose this is what keeps them from wandering too far from wallet, but as my friend showed me he gently grabbed two cards from either side of the cutout of the wallet, and performed the two card slide from the opposite end of the deck of cards trick. That's when I felt that I had bought a gimmick wallet. And of course came the dredded question "how much was it?" Don't get me wrong. I love the wallet. I still use it. I still gloat about the fact that I have a legendary aircraft engraved on my wallet, what does your wallet have? Favorite football team? Your name on it? I believe I would love it a lot more if it had some sort of security measure to keep your cards from being pulled out like a card trick, but other than that It's amazing. The quality shows that there was time and consideration put into this product. Anyway, thank you for allowing me to vent my input on this and if you do ever read this I hope you consider it as constructive criticism. Thanks again. I would definitely buy another one if you made one with a YF-23. Cheers!
