FranceI'm happy that you asked me for a review since I still don't have received my order from December. I know the product is good because I have one another since 2018, but I expected a bit more serious service so one star is it... Still waiting for my order atm...
United StatesPlaced an order for a Stealth Wallet 3.0 Carbon - Black on 22nd Dec and was given an expedited 2 day shipping option for GBP 14.90 which I took. When I followed up on 23rd Dec, I was informed that they stopped shipping on 21st Dec and will start shipping only in Jan once staff are back from their Christmas break. I waited for the whole of Jan 2023 and when I followed up on 2nd Feb was told that the payment lapsed and the funds had been returned to my account (with an apology for any inconvenience). So, overall a disappointing experience and no product to review.
CanadaOrdering was easy and it came right on time (Dec 24). My Husband loved it. Holds the cards that he needs daily. Sleek and not bulky. Cards are safe.
United KingdomI have received a very poor experience. Sent an email for an update and got no response. Wallet arrived today and is the wrong wallet and has another person’s name engraved on it. Very disappointing. I would appreciate if someone from Vanacci would contact me.
