You can measure you wrist size like in the image below. If you do not have a flexible tape measure you can wrap a piece of string around your wrist and measure the length.

The bracelet is great, I recommend getting a size up from what you measure as and letting it hang a little loose as the size I measured as would have been too tight. The purple beads in the stone are fun to look at but seem a little cheaper than the picture made them look. I'm very satisfied with it.
