Materials
Our leather is permanently impregnated with carbon fibre. This provides an abrasion resistance far greater than the highest quality leather.
Until Vanacci first put carbon leather into wallets, it was mainly seen in the highest end of cars and yachts but the leather can be found in the world of Paralympics. Many athletes use the leather as straps for their prosthetics.
The carbon fibre weaves we have chosen are used in engineering projects the world over.
Carbon GT can be found in Formula One cars whilst Mach is used in aerospace engineering.
Carbon leather is easy to keep clean. A breathable material, simply wash with water to revive. Stubborn stains can be removed with a small application of soap. You won’t have to worry about splinters as you would with carbon fibre on it’s own. Carbon leather is supple and pliable without fraying or splitting.
Carbon leather has made it’s way into high end cars and luxury yachts due to it’s incredibly high abrasion tolerance. Elsewhere, its durability is put through its paces daily when used by the Queen’s Guard.

Working off the blueprint of our classic GT leather, we wanted something with a tighter weave to really bring the leather alive. In Mach, we’ve found what we were looking for. A miniaturised form of the GT weave, Mach features a super-fine carbon fibre pattern that, despite its size, maintains the incredible abrasion resistance that Vanacci wallets are known for.
TT style carbon leather, it is styled on the same carbon fibre weave you'd find under the paint work of super bikes and high performance motorcycles the world over. Supple and warm to the touch everything you expect from a great quality leather, but with supercharged abrasion resistance, this leather is 200% more abrasion resistant than the highest quality leather on the market, so it will stay looking great for years to come
Wrapped in the Abyss style carbon leather, this is a leather for those who want something a bit different from the rest of our range with a smooth natural leather grain to it in a deep luscious blue. Supple and warm to the touch everything you expect from a great quality leather, but with enhanced abrasion resistance, this leather is 200% more abrasion resistant than the highest quality leather on the market, so it will stay looking great for years to come
Wrapped in the finest Italian leather vegetable tanned leather, we have taken inspiration from the cockpit of classic aircraft wrapped in dark brown leather, with instruments topped out in polished metal. This timeless look will accompany any outfit, effortlessly adding class: everything you would expect form a premium wallet. We have chosen only the best Italian vegetable tanned hide, to give a rich colour, superb feel and excellent ageing characteristics.
