Postal services continue to operate as best they can. At present, some countries are experiencing service disruption due to various lockdown and quarantine measures put in place by government authorities.
Royal Mail and FedEx are currently operating though some areas are seeing a reduction, if not complete cessation, of operations.
Domestic orders (based in the UK) will continue as normal for Royal Mail.
