What We Learned This Week: Robocycling, Meteors and Sonic

by Ryan Ward September 10, 2015 1 min read

Hello.

I saw this robot fella riding a bike. I see people with kids and think 'that must be nice' but it would be nicer if they were robots. Since I haven't got anyone to make/raise/terrorise children with, I was quite moved by the adorable micro-cyclist. Hopefully, as my friend Guy told me at school, the radiation from my phone will mutate my sperm so my children will be cyborgs.

So proud...

I like meteors. I'm a big fan of Armageddon, as I was rooting for the asteroid, once I realised 'isn't it easier to teach astronauts how to use a drill, than oil drillers how to astronaut?' Since I won't be the first man on Mars, no-one else should be either. That's why Deep Impact is my preferred meteor disaster film.

I could have tried to reach higher ground, but there's something about Elijah Wood and mountains that makes me think twice.

Instead of destroying Paris, this week, space took aim at Bangkok.

Having been to Bangkok, I think we should all focus on the real incredible footage: moving traffic.

Now, many of you (I don't know how many of you there are...five or six maybe?) have probably seen some shocking reproductions of cherished childhood heroes. However, I wasn't ready for this: 10% discount code: gottaderpfast

And there's plenty of other stuff. Like, a lot.

I love the internet.

Don't forget, the final days of the Stealth campaign are upon us. If you want one before anyone else, now is the time to act.

See you next Thursday,

Ry
